Who runs this site

Cannabis Cape Coral is an independently operated guide. It is not affiliated with any dispensary, cannabis brand, medical practice, or government agency.

The only contact channel is the email address at the bottom of this page, which forwards to a monitored inbox.

What we collect directly

Almost nothing. This site has no contact form, no comments, no accounts and no payment processing. The only field anywhere on it is the optional email signup, described below, which appears on the home page and on the games, quiz and medical card pages.

If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you put in that email: your address, your name if you sign it, and your message. We keep it only as long as needed to reply and we do not add you to any list.

What happens automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of your request (IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, the time) to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, governed by their privacy policy, and we do not receive an identifiable copy of it.

The pages load fonts from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google's servers and, like any web request, carries your IP address and browser details to Google. We do not control that and receive nothing from it. If you block third-party font loading, this site still works, and you will just see your system's default typefaces.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read and roughly where readers come from. It is deliberately chosen because it is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you, does not build a profile, and does not follow you to other sites.

It works by loading a small measurement script from Cloudflare on each page, so that request carries your IP address and browser details to Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts this site, so it already receives those details to serve you the page at all.

We see aggregate counts: page views, referring sites, country, device type. We cannot identify you from it and we do not try.

Storage on your device

This site sets no cookies of its own.

One thing is stored locally: when you confirm you are 21 or older, that acknowledgement is saved in your browser's session storage so the age prompt does not reappear on every page. It contains no personal data, it is not sent anywhere, and it is erased when you close the tab.

Affiliate links

Some outbound product links are affiliate links, currently through the Amazon Associates program. When you follow one, Amazon may set cookies and record the referral to attribute any buy. At that point you are on Amazon's site under Amazon's privacy policy, not ours.

We never receive your name, address, payment details or order contents Only aggregate, anonymous reporting on how many referrals converted.

• We do not sell, rent or share data with anyone.
• We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels.
• We do not use social media tracking widgets. The share buttons are plain links.

Joining our email list

The home page and our games, quiz and medical card pages carry an optional email signup. It is our own form: no third-party script runs and no cookie is set, whether you use it or ignore it. Until August 2026 it was an embed that pulled in Google reCAPTCHA, and we replaced it partly for that reason.

Sending the form subscribes you right away. There is no confirmation email, and your address then sits with EmailOctopus, our email provider, under their privacy policy. We record which page you signed up from, so a medical card signup can be told apart from a puzzle one, and nothing else about your visit goes with it.

We can see your address and whether you opened an email. We never sell or share it, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe that we honor immediately.

Children

This site covers medical cannabis and is intended for adults 21 and over, the same threshold the age prompt and our Terms of Use apply. It is not directed at children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Your rights

Because we hold no database of visitors, there is generally nothing for us to look up, export or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.

If you are covered by the GDPR, UK GDPR, or a US state privacy law such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or the CCPA, you may still make a request using the contact address below and we will respond.

Changes

If what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be noted here instead of made quietly.
