If we have your hours, address or delivery status wrong, tell us and we will fix it. This page explains how to reach us, what we will change, and how we check that a request really came from you.
If we have it wrong, we want to know
We check dispensary details against each business's own website rather than against directories, and every listing records where its figures came from and when they were last verified. That still goes stale. A holiday schedule changes, a location moves, a site gets rebuilt and the page we were reading disappears.
You are the authority on your own business. A correction from you beats anything we can find, and we would rather hear it from you than keep publishing something wrong.
How to reach us
Email us and say what is wrong. Include the location you mean, since several brands run more than one store in the area.
- For a correction: hours, address, phone, delivery status, or anything else on your listing
- For a removal, if you would prefer not to appear here at all
- For an addition, if you operate a licensed dispensary serving Cape Coral and we have missed you
How we check it is really you
Send it from an email address at your own domain, the same domain as the website on your listing. Modern email carries an authentication signature that we can check, and a message that passes it is good evidence the request came from your organization instead of from someone typing your name into a From field.
For a request to remove a listing entirely, we will also call the phone number published on your own website before acting. That is not distrust of you. It is the one step that stops a competitor from having you delisted, and it costs a single phone call.
- Corrections: acted on once the message authenticates. Usually same day.
- Removals: authenticated message, plus a call back to your published number.
- We will confirm by reply once the change is live.
What we will and will not change
We will correct any factual detail about your business, and we will remove your listing if you ask us to. We will also record the date and the source so the next person to check it knows where the figure came from.
What we will not do is publish a description written by you, or change our own editorial wording to be more flattering. Everything on this site is written independently, nobody pays for placement, and no dispensary has editorial input. That is what makes the listing worth something to a reader.

- No: supplied marketing copy, ratings changes, or paid placement of any kind
A note on what we publish
Business names, addresses, opening hours and license status are matters of public fact, and a directory listing them is ordinary. We remove listings as a courtesy to businesses we would rather have a good relationship with, not because we are obliged to.
If your concern is something other than accuracy, such as a legal notice or a claim about content elsewhere on the site, say so plainly in your message and it will be read properly instead of handled as a routine correction.
